Dotwe have about 60 people coming to a summer birthday celebration in bledlow ridge (high wycombe) on 23rd july x and require an overflow marquee sized 11m x 9m (to include covering raised beds) for 20-30 people to allow for either excessive rain or heat (or both!). the ground on three sides is solid granite paving on concrete, and the 4th side is grass. as a minimum I would expect erection on the saturday morning (or earlier) with recovery on the sunday (or later). we would hope to be able to remove/open the side walls depending on the weather conditions. there are some size restrictions, photographs available if you would like them.
